The establishment of Cranes Software International Pty Ltd in 2007 means that there are new dedicated Cranes trained software staff to service the Australian and New Zealand market. Besides the standard level of support, we provide certified Cranes Software courses, consulting services and host regular Cranes Software seminars to keep you and future Cranes Software customers up to date on new products and developments.
The enhanced service in Australia, has been made possible by our partnership with Hearne Scientific Software Pty Ltd. Hearne Scientific Software provides the infrastructure to deliver these services to the Australian market. Our association with Hearne began in 2002 and we are impressed with their delivery of services to scientists, engineers and researchers in Australia and New Zealand.
All matters relating to Cranes Software, such as, technical support, maintenance, new products and training will be handled by Cranes Software International Pty Ltd.
